Dear members of the 3tenPGD, dear companions of the last years,

At one point it has come a time for change.

A time for doing something new to get things moving again.

A time for passing over the baton.

This time has come now and I will step back as Leader of the unit.

It were nice 8 years as a member of the 3ten and 4 years as leader.

I have seen a lot of players come and go. We had successful and troubled times.

But now the time has come for me to hand over the leadership to different hands.

I will remain in the unit with my rank as off-duty a.D. officer.

I wish you all a bright future and always a handful of bullets in your clip!
